How should I use this medication?
Take this supplement by mouth. Take it as directed on the label. If you are taking the tablets, you can chew it completely before swallowing or swallow the tablets whole. If you are taking the capsules, swallow the capsules whole. Take it with food at the start of a meal or snack. Do not use it more often than directed.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once. NOTE: This medicine is only for you. Do not share this medicine with others.

Where should I keep my medication?
