What should I tell my care team before I take this medication?

-High levels of iron in the blood
-Liver disease
-Stomach or intestine problems or surgery
-An unusual or allergic reaction to iron sucrose, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-Breast-feeding
What may interact with this medication?
This medication may interact with the following:
-Alendronate
-Aspirin
-Calcitriol
-Certain antibiotics, such as cephalexin, doxycycline, and tetracycline
-Doxercalciferol
-Paricalcitol
-Thyroid hormones
