Description

Zarxio contains the active ingredient filgrastim-sndz, a recombinant form of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). It is available as a sterile liquid for injection, either subcutaneously or intravenously, with dosage strengths of 300 mcg/mL and 480 mcg/1.6 mL in single-dose vials, or 300 mcg/0.5 mL and 480 mcg/0.8 mL in single-dose prefilled syringes. This medication is injected under the skin or into a vein. It is usually given by your care team in a hospital or clinic setting. It may be given at home.
